            When you think about cholesterol and your kids, do you really think about the conditions that can occur due to you not being responsible for how your kids eat? Obesity is such a common problem here in the United States, and it seems that many of us just try to sweep it under the rug and do not try to take it as serious as we should. This does not mean that we cannot indulge in eating in some non healthy foods once in a while, but it does mean just like any other vices in life, we must be responsible and must not abuse it.
