There are two people who make Phoenix City Times possible. Tejal Dholakia and K.L. Phair are the two people responsible for the creation of Phoenix City Times and the Phoenix City Times network. Phoenix City Times first started out as an idea to be a online publication and when Tejal Dholakia and K.L. Phair first started out their business venture, they had no idea what it would turn into. As other ideas developed to add features related to the website, the original idea of Phoenix City Times started to develop and evolve into something much bigger. After adding on different free websites, Tejal Dholakia and K.L. Phair came up with the idea to come out with a magazine version of Phoenix City Times. The magazine version would offer different content and would give another option for advertisers. With the other free websites that could support sponsor ads, and the website along with the magazine, the Phoenix City Times network was created and still is growing.
